Your new patient appointment will consist of a one-on-one interview with our patient coordinator. She will review your medical and dental history. This is an opportunity to get to know you and your dental needs. Plus, this time gives you a chance to meet our staff and find out more about our office. Please note we reserve two hours for your new patient appointment.
The patient coordinator will take pictures of your teeth, impressions of your teeth, full mouth x-rays and charting. Dr. Ward will perform a tooth-by-tooth exam. All of the information will be gathered so that the new patient coordinator and Dr. Ward may design a treatment plan that is specific to your needs and to the overall health of your mouth.
Your treatment plan will be presented to you at a second consultation appointment. There, the new patient coordinator will go over what is to be expected at each appointment, fees, and answer any other questions you may have.
Dr. Ward’s office is open:
| Monday - Thursday | 7:30 AM | until | 2:30 PM |
| Friday | 7:30 AM | until | 12:30 PM |
We will schedule your appointment as promptly as possible. If you have pain or an emergency situation, every attempt will be made to see you that day.
We deliver the finest care for our patients, therefore payment is due at the time service is rendered unless other arrangements have been made in advance. Please remember you are fully responsible for all fees charged by this office regardless of your insurance coverage.
Financial arrangements need to be made prior to treatment to avoid any misunderstandings.
Although we are not a party to the contractual arrangement with your insurance company, we do want to help you receive the maximum reimbursement to which you are entitled. As a convenience to you, we will help you process your insurance claims in order for you to receive the maximum benefit.
